What services does Ardor Explore offer?

Ardor Explore provides end-to-end travel planning and booking support.

This includes hotel and resort bookings with added perks, custom trip planning, curated experiences and activities, cruise planning, and itinerary design. I also help with restaurant reservations, transfers, and special requests.

You get guidance before you book, support while you travel, and someone to step in if plans change. Everything is tailored to your trip, not pulled from a template.

If it involves travel planning, coordination, or booking, Ardor Explore handles it.

What do you mean by perks and upgrades?

Think VIP treatment.

This can include room upgrades, daily breakfast, resort or spa credits, early check-in, late checkout, or a welcome amenity at arrival. Perks depend on the hotel and availability, but they’re real and valuable.

Can I use points or miles?

Yes… and also no.

Hotels usually don’t offer perks or upgrades on points bookings. That’s why I recommend using points for flights and letting me handle hotels and planning.

In some cases, if a hotel accepts your loyalty or rewards number, I can add it to the reservation. Whether the stay earns points depends on the hotel brand, rate type, and a few behind-the-scenes rules. Rewards can be a bit tricky.

That said, when you book through me, the perks, upgrades, and VIP treatment often outweigh the points. Think of it as getting your rewards upfront. With better rooms, extra credits, and less stress.

Do you help during the trip?

Yes.

If something changes or issues come up, you have someone to contact. You’re not stuck dealing with customer service on your own.

    I’m a professional and certified travel advisor at Ardor Explore and I’ve spent a lot of time traveling myself. I’ve stayed in different hotels and resorts, visited properties in person, joined site visits, and worked closely with local experts on the ground. That’s how I know what actually works and what doesn’t, not just what looks good online.

    Not every trip is the same. A simple booking takes far less work than a longer trip with multiple stops, activities, transfers, and details to manage. The level of service depends on what the trip really needs.

    I focus on quality and service, not just commission. That means more time, more attention to detail, and trips that are built around my clients, not products. I put real effort into personalizing each trip.

    Charging a service fee helps keep things clear and fair. It aligns my work with my clients’ best interests and allows me to focus on planning the right trip, not pushing bookings.
